Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings, which will be sent to Scopus, CPCI (Web of Science), CAS, DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest and other major databases for indexing.

Note: If you're not looking to publish your paper, it's acceptable to submit an abstract to the conference for oral or poster presentation only without publication.

Publication Ethics and Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. We reserve the right to report the plagiarism behavior to the author's affiliation.

Basic Publishing Requirement

1) A minimum of 5 full pages, including title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords and references.
2) The similarity index of each article should be below 30%.
3) References must contain the full title of the cited article.
4) A maximum of 15 references per article is allowed, with only a maximum of 3 citations to proceedings articles.
