Registration Guidelines

All the authors need to complete the registration first in order for participation. Please choose the correct role to attend the conference and pay the registration fee accordingly.

Full paper normal registration includes 6-12 pages. Extra page will be additionally charged with 40USD per page.

One regular registration needs one oral presentation or poster poster presentation.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the event date: 30USD processing fee is required

89-60 days prior to the event date: 30% processing fee is required

59-30 days prior to the event date: 50% processing fee is required

29-0 days prior to the event date: No refund is accepted
